Applications are reviewed by the Membership Committee and the process typically takes 2-4 weeks.

of Members

Membership in the Dubai Chamber of Commerce – Software Group comes with responsibilities to ensure all members contribute to the growth of the industry and uphold the group’s values.

Active Participation

  • Members are encouraged to attend events, contribute to discussions, and participate in group activities.
  • Engage in our working committees, where you can influence key decisions and contribute to the group’s overall strategy.

Code of Conduct

  • Adhere to ethical business practices and uphold the group’s standards of professionalism.
  • Respect the diversity of opinions and maintain a respectful, collaborative attitude.
  • Protect the confidentiality of sensitive information shared within the group.

Volunteering for Committees

Members are encouraged to take active roles in committees, such as:

    • Policy Committee: Contribute to advocacy efforts and industry policy discussions.
    • Events Committee: Help organize and plan networking events and conferences.
    • Education Committee: Assist in the development of workshops and training programs.

Sharing Knowledge

  • Members are expected to share insights, resources, and knowledge to foster a collaborative environment.
  • Contribute to the group's knowledge portal by submitting case studies, industry reports, or articles.

Renewal Period:
Memberships are renewed annually. Members will receive a reminder 30 days before their renewal date.

Payment:
Annual fees must be paid in full within 30 days of receiving the renewal notice. Failure to do so may result in a suspension of membership benefits.

Voluntary Cancellation:
Members can cancel their membership by submitting a written request to the Membership Committee.

Refunds:
Membership fees are non-refundable.

Suspension or Termination:
The group reserves the right to suspend or terminate membership if a member violates the group’s code of conduct or fails to meet their membership responsibilities.
